No motion can be debated until same is
recorded. |

No vote can be taken until subject is
properly put in the form of a motion and seconded. |

No member shall disturb another who is
addressing the chair, except on a point of order. |

Members shall, in all debates, confine
themselves to matters that are then under discussion. |

No motion to adjourn will be recognized
while there is still another motion pending the floor. |

The only motion that will take
precedence is a motion still un-disposed of, is a motion to table or
amend the motion under discussion. |

After a member has once been heard on
any motion, he/she shall not again be recognized until all other members
who desire to speak have done so. |

All changes in the by-laws and
resolution and legislative matters shall be handed to the executive
secretary in writing by the chairman of each committee. |
